The position is responsible for supporting the sale of Vest-managed exchange traded funds (ETFs) and mutual funds to broker-dealers, wire-houses, and institutional clients. The candidate will be responsible for managing their own territory and working in conjunction with our firm partners.
As a Compliance Analyst, you will work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer to manage all facets of Vest’s compliance program.
This position is ideal for a proactive individual who is keen on expanding their understanding of federal securities laws and will think “outside the box” in developing solutions for the legal and compliance challenges within the investment management industry. Specifically, we’re looking for someone that is intellectually curious and excited to learn about Vest’s compliance program. As Compliance Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with the Vest CCO on a wide variety of compliance matters, such as responding to new or changing regulations, addressing compliance gaps, or improving/streamlining adherence to existing regulatory and firm requirements.

As our first dedicated Human Resources Specialist, you'll be the architect of our HR infrastructure, designing and operationalizing unique workflows to manage the growing complexity of our operations.
